Chili Nacho Supper- Sunday

MENU:
Chili Nacho Supper, Cookie Salad

RECIPES:

Chili Nacho Supper
Combine: 2 C cooked and drained kidney beans, 8 diced tomatoes, 2 diced green peppers, 1 diced onion, 1 pound cooked and drained ground beef, 2 small cans tomato sauce. Add cumin, chili powder, chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until onions are soft. Serve in bowls. Top with grated cheese and sour cream. Use as a dip for nacho chips.

Cookie Salad - another fluff salad variation
Combine: 1 tub Cool Whip, 1 small package vanilla pudding mix, 1/2 can crushed pineapple, 1 can Mandarin oranges. Chill. Immediately before serving, add 1 1/2 C crushed fudge striped cookies.

REVIEW:
Rave reviews all around. This recipe is a double batch so we have enough left another meal.
