Pork Chops- Monday

MENU:
Pork Chops and stuffing, Smashed Potatoes and non-fat gravy, fresh steamed green beans

RECIPES:
Smashed Potatoes
Boil 1 potato per person. Drain and save water. Mash potatoes with the skins. Add potato water until soft. Season with salt and pepper or herbs. Potatoes will be lumpy.

Non-fat Gravy
Boil 1 C water. Add 1 T bouillion, any flavor. Stir well. In a small dish, combine 1 T cornstarch with 2T cold non-fat milk. Stir until smooth. Stir cornstarch mixture into boiling water. Cook, stirring frequently, until thick. Season with pepper.
