Tortellini

MENU:
Tortellini in cheese sauce, crescent rolls, steamed zucchini

RECIPES:

Cheese sauce
Combine: 1 can Cream of anything soup, 2 ounces diced cheddar, 2 ounces diced mozzarella, 1 T margarine, 1 packet of macaroni and cheese sauce mix, 1/2 c milk, 1/4 c mayonnaise. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth and warm.

Crescent rolls
Combine: 1 1/2 C warm milk, 1 T dry yeast, 1/4 C sugar, 2 T oil or margarine, 1 t salt, 2 eggs, 2-4 C flour (until the dough is just no longer sticky but still soft.) Knead in a mixer for 10 minutes. Let rise for 20 minutes. Roll into a circle, spread with butter. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. Roll each section starting with the large end. Let rise 10 minutes. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
