Chicken Surprise

MENU:
AHHH, what do I cook tonight? I diced up a half a chicken breast from the freezer with a handful of baby carrots, a package of onion soup mix, and 2 C water into a pan. I cooked it at 250 degrees while we ran a few important errands. Served over cooked noodles, it wasn't too bad.
