RECIPES:
Salsa
In a food processor, combine: 8 medium tomatoes, 2 large green peppers, 1/2 medium onion, 2T fresh cilantro, 2 t cumin, 1 jalapeno pepper. Mix just until diced. If you mix too long, the onions and peppers will become watery.

Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cake
This is Grandpa's secret recipe so I have no idea what he puts in it. It is terrific and moist.

No-Bake cookies (also known as missionary cookies or Chocolate Oatmeal)
In a saucepan, mix 1/2C milk, 2C sugar, 3T cocoa, 1 t salt, 1/2C margarine. Bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 T vanilla, 1/4 C peanut butter and 3C quick oats. Optional: 1/2C powdered milk, 1/4C coconut, 1/2C chopped walnuts.

Easy Lemonade
Mix one can of prepared frozen lemonade with one packet of prepare Crystal-Lite lemonade flavored drink. Float lemon slices or edible flowers such as daisies, violets, lavender or pansies on top. Voila!

REVIEW:
We had 33 family members for dinner today so the meal had to be easy to prepare ahead of time. Everyone enjoyed the meal.
