Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
Wash 4 potatoes. Slice them as thinly as possible (a food grater works best.) Boil until soft. In a separate bowl, combine: 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2C sour cream, 1 small minced onion, pepper, paprika, salt, garlic powder, 1/4C milk, 1C grated Cheddar cheese. Add potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased casserole dish until hot and bubbly.

Easy Coffee Cake
Mix your favorite muffin recipe. Add 1/4C melted butter or margarine to the batter. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. On top, sprinkle the following mixture: 1/2C chopped walnuts, 1/4C softened butter, 1/4C brown sugar, 2T flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
