Spaghetti and Meatballs

MENU:
Spaghetti and meatballs, green salad, bread sticks

RECIPE:
Meatball Mix
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/2 C breadcrumbs
1/2 small chopped onion
dash salt
2 t cornstarch
dash pepper
1 t Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from pan immediately. Can be frozen or used immediately.

REVIEW:
Christmas has really kept me busy. So I am trying to catch up on a few good recipes that I used during the holidays. This is one of them. I never fry my meatballs, they always burn. This is the best recipe for meatballs that I have ever tasted. I always make extra to freeze for later.
