Homemade Pizza

MENU:Pepperoni and sausage pizza, cinnamon pizza sticks with sweet dipping sauce, garlic bread sticks with pizza dipping sauce

RECIPE:Pizza dough
1 T dry yeast
1 C hot water
2 T sugar
1 T oil
1 t salt
2-3 C flour
Mix dry yeast, sugar and hot water. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Knead for 15 minutes. Let rise for 30 minutes. Punch down. When used as pizza crust, bake in a hot oven at 425 degrees.

REVIEW:I doubled the batch of dough this time. With half, I rolled it into a pizza and topped with spaghetti sauce, cheese, pepperoni and sausage. With the remaining dough, I rolled two smaller pizza shapes. I spread butter over the top of each. I place them on a cookie sheet and cut them into strips rather than triangles. I topped one with garlic salt and the other with cinnamon sugar. I baked them at 425 degrees along side the pizza. We dipped the garlic sticks in heated spaghetti sauce. The cinnamon dipping sticks were a big hit. I made frosting from 1T margarine, 1T milk and 1 1/2 C powdered sugar. I added a few drops of water to make it a good consistency for dipping. Everybody LOVED this meal and requested that I make it again.
