Lemon Spareribs

I apologize for not blogging regularly. My family HAS been eating, but I have been so busy trying to figure out how to make the RSS feed work that I have neglected posting my recipes. I'll try to "back-post" a few of our best meals.

In the meantime... take note of the XML link in this post. I still haven't figured out why they are so popular. I thought it was supposed to email you or notify you when changes were made to the blog but so far, all it does is... well- maybe I should just let you click for yourself and find out!

Menu:Lemon Spareribs, Cornbread, Lemonade, baked beans with bacon, green salad

Lemon Spareribs
Mix 1 can lemonade concentrate with 1 C barbeque sauce. Marinate pork ribs overnight. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until tender. Glaze with remaining sauce. Heat thoroughly for 5-10 minutes. Discard any remaining sauce.

This recipe breaks my rule about cooking meat in BBQ sauce but the lemonade made a nice change. The meat was slightly lemony but the flavor was not overwhelmingly tart. We all enjoyed the meal.
