French Bread Pizza

French Bread Pizza
1 loaf garlic and Parmesan French bread, split
1 Cup spaghetti sauce
1 Cup pepperoni, sliced and quartered (optional)
2 Cup grated cheese

Additional toppings: peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions, bacon, ham, tomatoes, pineapple, sausage, hamburger

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toast the French bread lightly. Spread spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle cheese over sauce and top with pepperoni. Add additional toppings as desired and return to oven. Bake until cheese has melted.

This was a super-quick meal. Toasting the bread first keeps it from getting soggy. I used a flavored loaf of french bread instead of plain French bread and the spices were delicious.
