Did you miss me? Sorry, I have been so busy. Summer is so crammed full of activities that I hardly have time to breathe. Well here is another recipe that we loved from this week. It doesn't heat up the house (It has been hot here in Utah lately.) It also made loads of leftovers.
Pulled Pork, Lemon Pepper Zucchini, Corn on the Cob, Watermelon Wedges
Put as many FROZEN, boneless pork spareribs in the crockpot as you can fit. Fill 3/4 of the crockpot with water. Do not add seasonings. Cook on high for 4-7 hours. Just before serving, remove meat from the crockpot and shred with a fork. It will pull apart easily. Serve hot with salt and pepper or BBQ sauce. Serve cold on sandwiches with Miracle Whip dressing or horseradish sauce.
