So fudge normally wouldn't be a dinner but with the charter school opening this year and trying to run a business full time and now having four kids- I just can't quite keep it together. But my six year old loves fudge so when I need a snack to help the boys make it until dinner- this 2 minute fudge is a quick snack.
Butter a salad plate.
Dump half a bag of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
Add two large spoonfuls of sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave for between 30 seconds and 2 minutes (depending on how hot you microwave gets).
Stir every 30 seconds.
Dump on the plate.
Eat hot or pop in the freezer for five minutes to cool.
