Microwave Fudge

So fudge normally wouldn't be a dinner but with the charter school opening this year and trying to run a business full time and now having four kids- I just can't quite keep it together. But my six year old loves fudge so when I need a snack to help the boys make it until dinner- this 2 minute fudge is a quick snack.

Butter a salad plate.
Dump half a bag of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
Add two large spoonfuls of sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave for between 30 seconds and 2 minutes (depending on how hot your microwave gets).
Stir every 30 seconds.
Dump on the plate.
Eat hot or pop in the freezer for five minutes to cool.

My sister (Abby) used to make this all the time! I'd forgotten all about it! For a die-hard fudge fan, this is fantastic!

Amanda, I agree. Unlike most quick fudge recipes, this one should please the most critical fudge connoisseur.

Thanks for the comment. It inspired me to make another batch today. Yum.
