Mediterranean Chicken Salad

I enjoyed every bite of this salad and it was quick to prepare since I keep all of the ingredients on hand in my pantry or fridge, minus the chicken, of course.

Toss Romain lettuce, leftover rotisserie chicken, olives, artichoke hearts and whole-wheat rainbow rotini then drizzle with Greek vinaigrette and top with Parmesan cheese.
